Autoship Policy:

Since the GHR Gold formula is intended for long term usage it would be to your benefit to choose our autoship program, allowing you to substantially save on this and all future orders.

Cancelling is easy. If you wish to cancel or skip an autoshipment, please email GHR Products at least 7 days before your next scheduled shipment and state that you would like to cancel either your next shipment only or all future shipments.

We have found that often times a customer wishes only to skip one month, and although we don't recommend this, we are happy to accommodate you.

In your request please include your Name, Address, email address, and order number.

Please be aware that we offer significant savings on the autoship program, therefore if you cancel your autoship program before the first autoshipment is sent you will be charged the difference between the non autship price and the discounted autoship price.

Please note that any cancellation is subject to a $10 processing fee.

We apologize that shipping charges will not be included when crediting returns.
